Rising Pinot Noir

Description

Semi translucent, slightly cloudy red colour with a light red hue. Very perfumed, the nose offers up fragrant scents of violets, red raspberries and strawberry followed by spicy fresh herb notes. Light, fresh and juicy in its feel, the palate features a mix of red cherry and strawberry fruits which overlay a back drop of forest floor, infusions of fresh herbs and spice. Lively acidity with polished tannins and a savoury red fruited aftertaste.
