Coconut Beach Sunset – Equal parts Coconut Beach, pineapple juice, orange juice and triple sec. Shake well, pour into a glass of crushed ice and garnish with loads of maraschino cherries.

Pineapple Cream – One part Coconut Beach, one part coconut cream, two parts pineapple juice, a dash of lemon juice and a handful of ice. Pulse until smooth and creamy, garnish with a wedge of pineapple and a cocktail umbrella.
