Returns Policy

Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your purchase and we will arrange a speedy dispatch, replacements, exchange or refund.

Returned items must be unused and in sellable condition

Products must returned to us within 15 days

In the event that your product must be returned,

1. We will email you a return label for printing
2. Ask you drop the parcel off at our retail store, or your local Australia Post .
3. We will cover the return costs
4. No re-stocking charges
5. Please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to be processed after the product has been received by our staff.
