A thoroughly delicious blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro from the Barossa. Red juby raspberry notes on the nose lead into a more substantial mix of black cherry with a slightly earthy edge. The tannins are fine and chalky providing ample support. The varieties were treated separately in oak before the final blending.
