“The Brickyard” Shiraz is an homage to the ancestral craft of the Ziegler family. Deep purple red colour with an aromatic and lifted nose. The palate is medium bodied with rich dark cherry flavours and forest floor – a wine made to stand the test of time.

Harvested at full flavour ripeness from a selection of Barossa vineyards. The wine was gently handled through fermentation and extraction on skins to develop flavour and structure, whilst still allowing the fruit quality to shine. Post ferment, the wine was aged for just 3 months to retain brightness and pristine fruit quality.
