The Chardonnay fruit for this wine by Soumah, was gently pressed and the free run juice barrel fermented with 100% indigenous yeasts. Matured on lees for eight months and 25% of the barrels allowed a secondary fermentation to create depth and finesse. The delicate yet complex bouquet displays intense citrus and brioche character with a fresh and vibrant palate of citrus and cashew with a clean finish of great length. The Oak is fully integrated and there are no edges with this wine.
