Robert Oatley’s Signature Series Riesling is crafted from grapes grown in the Great Southern region. The vineyard sources for this wine are Porongurup, Mount Barker and Frankland River. Free run juice from the grape parcels was naturally fermented with yeasts to maintain the distinct qualities of the fruit. A standing quality of this wine is its purity, punctuated by zesty citrus and vibrant minerality. Lemon-lime dominates both the nose and the palate, and its fine acidity and soft texture make it a crisp and dry drink. This wine would be a wonderful match to spicy Asian food or seafood served with butter sauce.
