Gold Top is a brand new collab with our best Long Distance pals at Track in Manchester, UK. We’ve loved working with Track on some banging beers over the years and we decided to revisit a style that truly created fireworks for them and us a couple of years ago. The Gold Top series for Track kick started their ongoing love affair with Oat Cream IPA and for this collab we’ve really dialled things up. We’ve gone even heavier on the oats in this one to create one of the thickest and creamiest beers we’ve ever made. An absurdly juicy hop combo of Waimea Hopkief, Nectaron, Galaxy, and Citra combine to highlight just how good the AUS/NZ/USA combos can be. Luxurious notes of pulpy mango, creamy passionfruit ice cream, peach lollies and a hint of orange citrus to round things out. The mouthfeel is crazy smooth, with a sweet tropical finish like fresh breakfast juice.
