A barrel aged expression from the Mistral distillery located in the Elqui Valley of Chile. The brand is named in honor of Gabriela Mistral, a Chilean recipient of the Nobel Prize for Literature.
Distilled using Pedro Ximénez and Muscat of Alexandria grapes, the result is a soft, well rounded Pisco with delicate notes of oak, vanilla and chocolate.
