This pisco is very elegant, with very intense aromas of green apple, dried fruit and aromas of white flowers such as jasmine. Due to its smooth quality it is the Pisco to enjoy straight up or in a cocktail as it mixes well too. The grapes are grown in the vineyard in Villacuri 30km north of Ica at 500 metres above sea level and the Pisco It is the result of a special distillation of fresh wine grapes obtained from the best Quebranta, Italy and Torontel grapes.
