Unlike most hops, which are developed through international breeding programs, ‘Belma’ was discovered growing roadside near Puterbaugh Farms in the Yakima Valley.
We’re untamed by nature, so it’s really a perfect fit. Of course, the succulent strawberry notes don’t hurt either – captured carefully through hot and cold-side additions.
Expect honey hues and a loose head of foam. Aromas of peach melba meet berries & cream. You’ll score balanced bitterness and a lick of resin, too.
