Nietschke Julius Shiraz produced by the Kalleske wine family from the award winning Barossa Valley Region in South Australia is a sustainably famed full bodied red wine.
A rich, plush Barossa Shiraz that slips across the palate like liquid silk. Rich, plump and seductive the full bodied palate is layered with lush dark plum, liquorice, blackberry and subtle dark chocolate flavours that display sweeping power across a silky tannin structure that has a cashmere like feel to it. Underpinning the immense level of fruit are elements of nicely toasted vanillin cedar, traces of fennel and pepper. Finishes long, rich and plush.
