Described as ”dressed in a tuxedo”, “Lucille” was the inspiration for our first Rare Breed release of 2023, a rich ebony-coloured imperial stout, with a creamy golden-hued head.
Aged for nine months in Cognac & Pedro Ximenez barrels, then blended with a hint of raspberry puree, this limited release has a smooth and balanced flavour, with elevated notes of dark chocolate and coffee and a rich red berry sweetness.
