Mountain Goat started back in 1997 when two mates decided they wanted better tasting beers and were determined to do something about it! In 2017, the team Mountain Goat launched Billy the Mid, the brewery’s first ever mid-strength beer, which swiftly gained popularity and became a permanent addition to the Mountain Goat line-up. Brewed with New Zealand malts and American hops, Billy the Mid is an easy-drinking, transpacific 3.5% ABV pale ale that doesn’t compromise on flavour. Full-bodied, with citrus aromas and a crisp finish, this is mid-strength beer, Mountain Goat style!
