The approach to brewing and aging this legacy beer hasn’t changed, and wont. The recipe you know and love has a new highlight from rolled triticale, a hybrid of wheat and rye. The barrels used for cellaring this vintage were Australian rye whiskey barrels. The result is smooth, oaky and absolutely shmokin’.
