Booker Noe, sixth-generation master distiller who grew up at the Jim Beam distillery, is also known as the father of the small batch movement. He created Knob Creek to restore the standards of pre-prohibition bourbon. For over two decades Knob Creek Bourbon has been taking us back to how bourbon used to be, the way it was meant to be.
