Hops – aka Green Matter – give us the ability to create and evolve flavour and aroma layers in our beers.
To create this hazy IPA, we’ve utilised some of the most modern hop products available, starting with American Sabro Incognito in the whirlpool to build the hop foundation. Then the dry hopping began: American Citra Cryo and El Dorado Cryo were added for full fruit bowl aroma. Talus T-90 brings guava and grapefruit on the nose.
Finally, the addition of New Zealand’s Freestyle Hop Kief – Motueka to deliver lime zest and punchy tropical fruit.
Does Green Matter? We definitely think so.
