Eldorado Road Beechworth Chardonnay

Description

100% barrel fermented, part wild and the balance inoculated. Malolactic was avoided and wine was left on lees with little stirring for approximately 10 months. This is a rich, fuller expression when compared to previous releases and as a consequence we recommend consuming in its youth. Serve chilled, about 5-7˚c is perfect! Pull out of the fridge about 10 minutes before serving.
