Winemaker (and chief “delinquente”) Con-Greg Grigoriou is all about the lesser-known and super tasty Mediterranean grapes that thrive in Riverland wine country around the Murray. He sources grapes from organic growers, and treats them with care and lo-fi winemaking.

This is Fiano, Arinto and Malvasia Bianco from the Bassham family organic vineyard. All wild yeasts with each varietal fermented separately with varying levels of skin contact. 

It’s a tropical party in your mouth, with lovely saltiness and bitterness keeping thingsn in check. Great fun and as always, great value.
