This is a refreshing everyday cider for those wanting a little more refinement, a little more alcohol and a little less sweetness. It is made using a blend of pink lady, red delicious and granny smith apples that are fermented by the wild yeast present on the apples at harvest with just a touch of unfermented juice added to the end to create this drier style.
