Ahhh… Fresh hop season; our favourite time of year! Blissfully frolicking through the hop fields of Nelson on a warm summer afternoon. As soon as the fresh Nelson Sauvin hops are harvested, they are sent directly to us and we get to brew the beer that very same day. We then dry hop this heavily with Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin. A very limited edition; enjoy fresh hop season now, while it lasts.
