This cool climate Mornington Peninsula wine was made from hand-picked Chardonnay grapes from the region. The wine shows a clean fresh bouquet with cool climate melon and fig fruit aromas. The palate is balanced and harmonious. Little wood treatment was used. Best enjoyed with fresh fish meals.
