This Imperial Stout has a huge depth of flavour from a comprehensive malt bill, dark chocolate, roast barley, and coffee flavours. With moderate hop bitterness which integrates nicely and brings balance on the palate. Then elevated further through maturing for 6 months in ex-Pōkeno Whisky barrels to express vanillin and oak.
