BEER
Abbaye De Malonne Blond
The Abbey of Malonne was founded in the 7th century by Saint Berthuin, an Anglo-Saxon monk. Its beers are brewed based on natural raw materials that are carefully selected. Its blond presents a nice balance between softness and bitterness. Its dark beer, with characteristic aromas, offers the palate a particular bouquet. Golden color, just a bit hazy. Frothy head. Honey and orange in the aroma. Very fruity flavor: peach, pineapple and orange. Some hopbitterness. Touch of yeast character. Alcoholic for its modest ABV. Yeasty hopbitter aftertaste. Straightforward but nice.
